Sinus Common Symptoms & Remedies

If  a person have no physical injury (Face/head)  or cancer and having following symptoms- persisting, then it highly probable that he/she has sinus problem.

   Direct Symptoms

       1. Light swelling near the side between eye and ear.(see below image, red highlighted spots are swelling areas ) 

    2. Low respiration (light blockage) through left NOSE (if sinus issue is on left side), causing low oxygen level (below 95 on oximeter)

    3. Heaviness on the upper section(RED Highlighted) of eye-ball.

    

 Indirect Symptoms:

    1. Since Oxygen Level often low, causing light headiness, dizziness, lack of concentration, lack of feeling to anything and low appetite.

   2. Swelling on face causing light pain. 

Remedies :

Although, there are no appropriate medical solution available to deal with this problem, except few workable solutions (mention below)

    1. Its good if you wake up early in the morning like (before 6 AM), as routine does matter a lot. 

    2. First thing to do is to Clear Your Throat and Nose Passage (throw out all the viscus material), Especially Nose Passage of both side.

    3. To Open the blockage of Nose, Put your Finger on one side of the Nose and Inhale/Exhale heavily (if does not have heart condition issue). (Repeat 5 times)

    4. If found difficulty then, take tissue paper and roll it to make it like a thin, so that you could put deep into your nose, and let is suck all the blockage material, if material is hard then use your finger gently to bring out the harden mucus out of it.

    5. After inhaling/exhaling for 5 to 10 times, check out if you have any oximeter to determine your oxygen level, otherwise you could also feel it.

    6. Please note that, there could be Sinus Infection, in which Bacteria's causes infection, then these remedies wont affect, you please contact Doctor, (But Most commonly prescribed drugs are Augmentin 625mg for Adults - as these antibiotics are affective against Bacteria's on the upper respiratory system )
